After spending four years living in Tokyo, I have become pretty obsessed with umbrellas and rain gear. It rains a lot there and the fashionable ladies of Tokyo will not let the weather put a damper on their style. In fact, a rainy day provides an opportunity to wear some of the brightest fun accessories around.
